FountainEarth stands behind the quality of our products with a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. This warranty covers functional damages and defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Accidental damage or drops
  • Damage from exposure to extreme conditions beyond product specifications
  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
  • Loss or theft

Warranty Service

India

For customers in India, warranty service is available with a service fee of INR 999 to cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.
