The Croco Tablet Sleeve is FountainEarth's padded tablet protector — finished in LWG-certified machine-embossed croco leather, sized at 27.5 cm × 22 cm × 2.5 cm to fit any 11-inch tablet (iPad Pro 11, Galaxy Tab S9, Surface Go, equivalent). Zip closure runs along three sides for clean access, felt-lined padded interior protects the screen. Made from LWG-certified genuine leather, hand-stitched and finished at our Delhi workshop.

How it is used

A sleeve for the person who carries an 11-inch tablet daily and is tired of either a soft pouch (no protection) or a hard case (no aesthetic).

• Fits 11-inch tablets. Cut to fit iPad Pro 11", Samsung Galaxy Tab S9, Microsoft Surface Go, and equivalent 11" tablets with thin folio cases. Snug fit, not loose.
• Felt-lined padded interior. Internal padding plus a soft felt lining protects the tablet screen from scratches and minor drops. The padding is light, so the sleeve stays slim.
• Zip closure. Top zip runs across the long edge — the tablet slides in and out from the top. Zip pull is solid zinc alloy with silver-toned plating.
• 2.5 cm slim profile. Slim enough to slide inside a backpack alongside a laptop, or carry alone as a thin standalone sleeve.
• Machine-embossed croco finish. The scale pattern is registered into the leather during finishing. Catches light, hides minor scuffs.

Made in Bharat at our Delhi workshop

FountainEarth is a Made-in-Bharat leather brand. Our leather comes from LWG-audited tanneries, and every sleeve is hand-stitched and finished at our Delhi workshop. The padded interior is constructed with closed-cell foam between the croco leather exterior and the felt lining — the foam is light enough to keep the sleeve slim and dense enough to absorb impact. The croco emboss is registered into the leather panel during finishing, the Nib emblem is debossed, and the lining is stitched not glued.

The sleeve ships with silver-toned hardware on the zip pull and the cast Nib emblem — solid zinc alloy with industrial-grade plating. Colour: classic black. Ships in the FountainEarth branded dust bag.

How to care for the bag:

• Wipe occasionally with a soft dry cloth. No chemical cleaners.
• The croco emboss is durable but loose keys in the same backpack pocket can scratch — keep keys separate.
• If the zipper feels stiff after long use, rub a graphite pencil tip along the teeth.
• Store the sleeve in the FountainEarth dust bag when not in daily use, or inside the backpack with the tablet still inserted.
• The felt lining can be brushed clean with a soft-bristle brush if dust builds up over time.

Frequently asked questions

What tablet sizes does it fit?
The sleeve is cut for 11-inch tablets: iPad Pro 11", iPad Air (current 11" generation), Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 (11"), Microsoft Surface Go 4, and equivalent. A thin folio case may or may not fit alongside — measure your tablet plus case before ordering. 10.2" iPads fit loosely (some sliding inside).

Is the croco real?
No — the croco texture is machine-embossed onto genuine LWG-certified leather. FountainEarth does not use any exotic or reptile leather.

Does it protect from drops?
The internal padding absorbs minor impacts (desk-edge knocks, soft drops on carpet) but is not rated for high-impact drops onto hard surfaces. For full drop protection, use a hard-shell case inside the sleeve.

Is FountainEarth the same as Fountain Earth?
Yes. Same brand, same workshop. FountainEarth is the compound brand mark; Fountain Earth is the spaced form we use in legal and trade contexts.

What does the warranty cover?
