1-Year Warranty on Manufacturing Defects

Every FountainEarth leather product comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. If your product has a defect caused by how it was made — a failed zip, loose stitching, a faulty clasp, or hardware that stops working through no fault of your own — we will repair or replace it at no charge.

What is covered:

  • Zipper failure under normal use
  • Stitching coming apart at seams
  • Hardware defects — clasps, buckles, rings, or zip pulls that fail in normal use
  • Lining separating due to a production fault
  • Any defect caused by how the product was manufactured

What is not covered:

  • Stains, scratches, or surface marks from use
  • Damage from accidents, drops, or spills
  • Tears or cracks from rough handling or overpacking
  • Natural wear and patina over time
  • Damage from misuse or neglect

Shipping costs: To and fro shipping for warranty claims is to be borne by the customer.

How to claim: Email support@fountainearth.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. We will assess your claim and respond within 48 hours.


Lifetime Repair Service

After your 1-year warranty ends, we are still here. We offer a lifetime repair service for all FountainEarth leather products — because a well-made belt, wallet, or bag deserves to be maintained, not discarded.

How it works:

Step 1 — Contact us Email support@fountainearth.com with a description and photo of what needs to be repaired.

Step 2 — We assess and quote We will review the repair and send you a cost estimate based on the work involved. No hidden charges.

Step 3 — You decide If the quote works for you, we proceed. No obligation if it does not.

Step 4 — We repair and return Once confirmed, we carry out the repair and return the product to you. Shipping costs to and fro are to be borne by the customer.
