The elephant motif pattern is woven into the microfiber rather than printed on the surface, which is why the pattern reads the same after years of wear as on the day the set is unboxed. The cufflinks are solid brass with a whale-back closure mechanism that's been the standard cufflink format for over a century. Every set is inspected and packed at our Delhi workshop. Yes. The tie and pocket square are wrinkle-resistant microfiber — the same fabric grade used by mid-market Italian tie houses. To the eye, the silk-like sheen and drape are indistinguishable from silk; to the touch, microfiber is slightly more textured. The practical difference is recovery: microfiber bounces back from a folded pocket or a packed suitcase without ironing. Silk doesn't.

What tie knot does the 7 cm blade suit?
The 7 cm broad blade is standard adult proportions — works cleanly with a half-Windsor (most common for office wear), a four-in-hand (slightly informal, good for festive occasions), or a full Windsor (formal, weddings). The 2.5 cm narrow end tucks neatly into the keeper loop without bulk.

How do the whale-back cufflinks work?
The "whale-back" is the standard cufflink closure format — a hinged metal bar on the back of the cufflink that flips open to thread through the shirt cuff, then flips back to lock in place. Solid brass means the mechanism doesn't loosen over years of use. Goes through any French-cuff shirt cleanly.

Will the pattern fade or wash out?

Component replacement (cufflinks, etc.) is available — replacement charged at the time of repair.
