We build our leather products to last. And we back that with two commitments — a 3-year warranty on every leather product, and a lifetime repair service after that.
No fine print. No hoops to jump through. If something goes wrong, we make it right.
Our 3-Year Warranty
If your leather product breaks or stops working as it should within three years of receiving it, we will repair or replace it — free of charge.
We design every belt, wallet, and bag to hold up under the demands of daily professional use. When a defect in our production lets that standard down, we take responsibility for it. That is what the warranty is for.
What the 3-year warranty covers:
- Zipper failure under normal use
- Stitching coming loose at seams
- Hardware defects — clasps, buckles, rings, belt buckle mechanisms, or zip pulls that fail through no fault of your own
- Lining separating or tearing due to a production defect
- Belt holes or edges splitting due to a manufacturing fault
- Any fault caused by a defect in how the product was made
What the 3-year warranty does not cover:
- Stains, discolouration, or surface marks from use
- Scratches or scuffs from contact with surfaces
- Tears or cracks caused by rough handling, overpacking, or excessive force
- Damage from accidents — drops, spills, or impact
- Natural leather patina or colour change over time
- Wear that results from misuse or neglect
The distinction is simple: if the product failed because of something we did in production, it is covered. If it was damaged by something that happened after it left us, it is not.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email us at support@fountainearth.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defect or damage
- A brief description of what happened
We will assess your claim and come back to you within 48 hours with a resolution — repair, replacement, or guidance on next steps. We do not make this process difficult. If it is covered, we fix it.
Lifetime Repair Service
After your 3-year warranty period ends, we do not walk away from your leather product. We offer a lifetime repair service — because a belt, wallet, or bag this well made deserves to be maintained, not discarded.
Here is how it works:
Step 1 — Contact us. Email support@fountainearth.com and describe what needs attention. Share photos if you can. We will review the repair required and assess the work involved.
Step 2 — We send you a quote. Depending on what needs to be done — a new zipper, a replaced strap, a hardware swap, a lining repair, a belt edge refinish — we will come back to you with a transparent cost estimate. No surprises. No hidden charges.
Step 3 — You decide. If the price works for you, we proceed. If it does not, there is no obligation. The conversation costs nothing.
Step 4 — We repair and return. Once you confirm, we carry out the repair and return the product to you. A belt or wallet or bag that has been with you for years — repaired properly — should serve you for several more.

We do not build our products for that cycle. The materials we use — LWG Certified natural leather, GRS Certified recycled leather, solid brass hardware, reinforced stitching — are chosen because they are worth repairing. The Lifetime Repair Service exists because we believe the most responsible thing we can do, after making a product well, is help you keep it.
