How it is used

• Croco Passport Wallet. 15 × 11 × 0.7 cm in LWG-certified machine-embossed croco leather. Holds Indian passport + 4 cards. Opens flat for airport scanning.
• Croco Luggage Tag. Matching machine-embossed croco leather tag, with a transparent name-card window on the back face. Loops onto suitcase handle with a leather strap.
• Gunmetal Diamond-Cut Brass Pen. 14 × 1.1 cm solid brass roller-ball with diamond-cut barrel — ready for immigration forms, customs declarations, and the inflight magazine puzzle. G2 standard refill (₹50 at any stationery store).
• Coordinated finish. Croco texture across both leather pieces; silver-toned hardware on the wallet and tag; the pen's gunmetal tone matches the silver hardware. All three pieces read as one set.

Made in Bharat at our Delhi workshop

FountainEarth is a Made-in-Bharat brand. The two leather pieces (passport wallet and luggage tag) come from LWG-audited tanneries and are hand-stitched and finished at our Delhi workshop. The croco emboss is registered into the leather panel during finishing — uniform across both pieces. The passport wallet sleeve is cut to the ICAO Doc 9303 standard. The pen is contract manufactured to our specifications at a facility that has produced brass pens for the German luxury market for over two decades; the diamond-cut barrel is machined into the brass during manufacture. All three pieces are quality-checked together at our Delhi workshop before the set ships.

All three pieces ship with silver-toned hardware — the cast Nib emblem on the wallet, the leather-strap connector on the luggage tag, and the pen's gunmetal tone read as one coordinated set. The cast Nib emblems are zinc alloy with industrial-grade plating; the luggage-tag strap connector is steel.

How to care for the set:

• Wipe leather pieces occasionally with a soft dry cloth. No chemical cleaners.
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight in luggage — leather darkens slightly with UV exposure over time.
• Wipe the pen body occasionally with a soft dry cloth; avoid extreme heat.
• Store all three pieces in the FountainEarth gift box between trips — the internal dividers protect each piece.
• Update the luggage-tag name card with current phone number and email before each trip.

Every leather piece carries a 1-Year Warranty plus our Lifetime Repair Service. The warranty covers material and craftsmanship defects in the first year — stitching, leather finish, debossing. Frequently asked questions

Will my Indian passport fit?
Yes. The passport wallet sleeve is cut to the ICAO Doc 9303 standard which the Indian passport follows — 12.5 cm × 8.8 cm closed. Fits cleanly with a small margin for insertion and removal.

Does the luggage tag have RFID or any tracking?
No — the luggage tag is leather only, with a transparent name-card window for displaying contact information. No RFID, no electronics, no tracking. For active tracking, use a separate Bluetooth tracker (AirTag, Tile) inside the luggage.

Is the croco real?
No — the croco texture is machine-embossed onto genuine LWG-certified leather. FountainEarth does not use any exotic or reptile leather.

What refill does the pen use?
The Gunmetal Diamond-Cut Brass Pen in this set uses the G2 standard ballpoint refill in blue ink — the most widely available refill format in India, starting at around ₹50 at any stationery store. G2 refills are NOT compatible with Schmidt-format pens (used in our other five brass pens); they are a separate format. Specify "G2 ballpoint refill, blue, standard" when buying.

Is FountainEarth the same as Fountain Earth?
Yes. Same brand, same workshop. FountainEarth is the compound brand mark; Fountain Earth is the spaced form we use in legal and trade contexts.

Does it come gift-ready?
Yes. Every piece ships in the FountainEarth signature gift box — sleeve closure, foiled with the brand wordmark. Suitable for gifting without extra wrapping. For corporate orders we have two tiers: plain corporate orders start at a 10-unit minimum; custom-branded orders (gift box co-branding, monogramming) start at a 25-unit minimum, with a typical 4–5 week turnaround.
