FountainEarth is a Made-in-Bharat brand. Each pen is contract manufactured to our specifications at a facility that has produced brass pens for the German luxury market for over two decades; the diamond-cut barrel is machined into the brass during manufacture. Both pens are quality-checked at our Delhi workshop alongside our leather pieces before each set ships. Fountain Earth's catalogue stays small by choice: six brass pens total, each with a single deliberate design idea — and this set pairs the most-reviewed of those six.

Both pens are solid brass throughout; the bodies carry industrial-grade gunmetal plating engineered for years of normal daily use. The clip, cap ring, and barrel share the same dark-grey gunmetal tone — no contrasting accent colour. The gift box ships in the FountainEarth signature sleeve closure with foiled wordmark, with internal cardboard dividers holding each pen in its own slot.

How to care for the pens:

• Wipe each pen body occasionally with a soft dry cloth; avoid extreme heat (closed cars in summer).

Both pens use the G2 standard ballpoint refill in blue ink — the most widely available refill format in India, starting at around ₹50 at any stationery store. G2 refills are NOT compatible with Schmidt-format pens (used in our other five brass pens); they are a separate format. Specify "G2 ballpoint refill, blue, standard" when buying.

Does it come gift-ready?
